Rev. Sinkfield has been further blessed by God to minister through preaching and teaching. He is sought for sermons, workshops and seminars on the Presiding Elders’ District, Annual Conference and Connectional Level. He has also had the opportunity to conduct scores of crusades and revivals in churches across the country and internationally. Rev. Sinkfield has travelled extensively, including to Seoul, South Korea, the Holy Land of Israel, Kenya, the Maasai Mara, and he has conducted national crusades in Zimbabwe and Lusaka, Zambia where thousands were led to Christ. Rev. Sinkfield has also been sought as a lecturer and panel participant on many college campuses and community organizations to address the pertinent and imperative issues of our day. He also served as the Dean of Students for Allen University. Rev. Sinkfield has had articles and sermons published in the A.M.E. Review and The Secret Chamber of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. In October 2012, Rev. Sinkfield was appointed the Presiding Elder of the North Nashville District by Bishop Jeffrey N. Leath.

Rev. W. Antoni Sinkfield
Rev. W. Antoni Sinkfield was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He received all of his primary and secondary scholastic training in the public schools of Metropolitan Nashville. After graduating from high school, Rev. Sinkfield continued his studies at the Tennessee Technological University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Business Marketing. He later earned the Masters of Divinity Degree from the Vanderbilt Divinity School. Rev. Sinkfield has continued his Doctoral studies at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio; Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY; Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK; and as a Beeson Pastor Scholar at Asbury Theological Seminary.
Rev. Sinkfield has been blessed with many opportunities for service in his ministerial career. He has served on the ministerial staffs of Bethel AME Church in Hampton, VA and Payne Chapel AME Church in Nashville, TN. He has also served as the pastor of Mount Olive AME Church in Lebanon, TN, St. James AME Church in Dickson, TN, United AME Church in Xenia, OH, Bishops Memorial AME Church in Columbia, SC, and St. John AME Church of Nashville, TN.
Rev. Sinkfield is happily married to his lovely wife, Kristy; and they are the proud parents of Joshua (former Executive Director for Faith Based and Neighborhood Projects for the Obama White House--and accomplished author, consultant, entrepreneur) and his new wife Michelle, Anah (A stellar Singer/Dancer & Student-Athlete), and Antoni, Jr. (an aspiring inventor and an articulate communicator). Rev. Sinkfield’s stated primary goal in his ministry is to work diligently and faithfully to bring all of those whom he encounters to the fullness of the potential that God has given to them. He believes that all can come to the empowering knowledge that truly we “can do all things through Christ who is our strength.”
